SUMMER CAMP 2024
Dates & Rates for the Summer 2024 season will be released shortly.
After an incredibly successful season we are excited to look ahead to what Summer 2024 has in store! Please be sure to thoroughly review the details below and reach out to our office should you have any questions.
Please note, session eligibility is based off of the grade a camper is in as of September 1, 2023 (i.e. the START of the 2022/2023 school year) Registration + Cancellation Policies (PDF)
Access to our Registration Portal will open in waves for the various family categories below.
|Returning Families||October 15, 2023 – goes live at 10am|
|Families who were Waitlisted in 2023||October 25, 2023 – goes live at 10am|
|New to Summit Families||November 1, 2023 – goes live at 10am|
Base CampFor campers aged 4 - 6 years old
Base Camp is a 2 night / 3 day overnight experience. This is a great introductory program for our youngest campers!
Discovery CampGrade 1 - 5
Discovery Camp is a 4 night / 5 day overnight experience. This is a great introductory program for first time campers in Grade 1 – 5
Summer BlastGrade 2 - 8
Summer Blast is a 6 night / 7 day overnight experience. This is a great all around program for campers new and returning in Grade 2 – 8
Adventure ChallengeGrade 5 - 8
Adventure Challenge is a 13 day overnight experience for campers new and returning!
In addition to their time at Camp, campers will experience a 3/4 night backcountry camping trip with their cabin group! No previous hiking/camping experience required.
SLC 1Campers in Grade 9
SLC 1 is a 2 week leadership program that includes a 5 Day Canoe Trip in Powell River.
SLC 2Campers in Grade 10
SLC 2 is a 3 week leadership program that includes a 6 Day hiking trip along the Juan de Fuca. Participants will also take part in a weeklong placement working with a cabin group for practical training working with youth.
LITCampers in Grade 11
LIT is a month-long leadership program for teens in Grade 11 that are interested in working with youth and taking on new responsibilities at Camp. The program includes practical in cabin placements, leadership workshops and an backcountry camping experience!
LIT participants are required (to the best of their ability) to participate in our Pre-Camp Training program, taking place from June 27 – June 30, 2023
Applications for the Leaders in Training Program (LIT) are handled differently than our typical summer camp registrations. Individuals who would like to participate in the LIT program will be able to apply for the program by submitting a personal LIT Application online. LIT applications must be submitted by the applicant themselves and not a family member or guardian.
