SUMMER CAMP

After an incredibly successful season we are excited to look ahead to what Summer 2027 has in store! Please be sure to thoroughly review the details below and reach out to our office should you have any questions.

Registration for Summer 2027 is open!

We deeply appreciate our dedicated base of returning families, but this also means our capacity for new families is limited. With a 98% return rate from last summer, space for new families is unfortunately very limited and remaining openings are expected to fill quickly. Please know that we truly value every family’s interest in Camp Summit and remain committed to welcoming as many new campers into our community as our physical space allows. Session eligibility is based on the grade your camper is CURRENTLY in as of September 1, 2026  (i.e. the start of the current 2026/2027 school year) Registration + Cancellation Policies

All sessions are overnight programs, Camp Summit does not offer Day Camp programs. Prices noted below are in Canadian dollars and do not include GST.

Base Camp

  • Base Camp is a 2 night / 3 day overnight experience. This is a great introductory program for our youngest campers!

Discovery Camp

Summer Blast

  •  Summer Blast is a 6 night / 7 day overnight experience. This is a great all around program for campers new and returning in Grade 2 – 8

Adventure Challenge

  • Adventure Challenge is a 13 day overnight experience for campers new and returning!

  • In addition to their time at Camp, campers will experience a 3/4 night backcountry camping trip with their cabin group! No previous hiking/camping experience required.

SLC 1

  • SLC 1 is a 13 day leadership program that includes a 5 Day Canoe Trip along the qathet Canoe Circuirt on the Sunshine Coast.

SLC 2

Campers in Grade 10

  • SLC 2 is a 21 day leadership program that includes a 6 Day hiking trip along the Juan de Fuca. Participants will also take part in a weeklong placement working with a cabin group for practical training working with youth.

LIT

Campers in Grade 11

  • (LIT B) August 2 – 29, 2027

  • LIT is a month-long leadership program for teens in Grade 11 that are interested in working with youth and taking on new responsibilities at Camp. The program includes practical in cabin placements, leadership workshops and an backcountry camping experience!

  • Applications for the Leaders in Training Program (LIT) are handled differently than our typical summer camp registrations. Individuals who would like to participate in the LIT program will be able to apply for the program by submitting a personal LIT Application online. LIT applications must be submitted by the applicant themselves and not a family member or guardian.
