Payment Information

Reservations / Deposit
A minimum deposit of $300 (per camper) must accompany each registration in order to reserve your spot. This must be received within 2 weeks of submitting your registration to our office. Reservations are not finalized until full payment of camp fees is received by our office. For details on Final Payment deadlines please see below for the policies applicable to you.

Payment Methods
Camp Summit accepts payment by cheque, credit card (VISA/Mastercard), e-transfers and cash for all payments.

Returning Family Early Bird Payment Deadline (November 27th, 2019)
In order to take advantage of our Early Bird Discount, full payment of your camp fees must be received by our office by November 27th, 2019.  After this time, if final payment has not been received, your family invoice will be altered to reflect the full price of the session registered.

Regular Rate Final Payment Deadline (April 1st, 2020)
All registrations are required to submit a minimum deposit of $300 per camper within 2 weeks of submitting your application to our office – the remaining balance of your camp fees must be received by our Regular Rate Deadline on April 1st, 2020. Camper reservations are not finalized until final payment has been received. Camper reservations that have not been paid in full by this date will no longer be held in our system and will be released to waitlisted families. A reminder email will be sent in advance of this deadline.

Registering After April 1st, 2020
Full payment of your camp fees will be required upon submission of your registration if you are applying to Camp after April 1st, 2020. Deposits will no longer be accepted after April 1st. All payments MUST be received before your child arrives at camp.
